We Love Our Community Helpers!

The Kindness Confetti Crew is so grateful for all of the members of our community who serve us each and every day - firefighters, law enforcement officers, lifeguards, and staff members at our local library, hospitals, and United Way… just to name a few! To express our appreciation for the many ways these heroes serve all of us, the Kindness Confetti Crew loves to recognize and thank these Community Helpers at the beginning of each summer.

When KCC started in 2016, we made “Kindness Confetti Snack Mix” for our Community Helpers. Each family brings something to add to a HUGE bowl, all take turns mixing it up (after lots of hand washing of course!), and then divide it into HUGE containers to share with our heroes! We made the confetti mix again this year!

We also make posters and cards to show our appreciation.

We love putting together a fun confetti snack mix for our community helpers, but the REALLY fun part is DELIVERING these treats to our local heroes!
